Opossum Hollow Farms
Welcome!
Hello, and thanks for stopping by the farm. Opossum Hollow is a regenerative farm rehabilitation project on an old, remote fourth generation, Ozark Mountain hilltop. The challenges of restoring and updating an antique subsistence farm are many and thorough. The fun we have doing it is equally immense. Our favorite thing to do is share it with our friends and customers. So read on. We'll keep it succinct and to the point. We have work to do.
What We Do
Opossum Hollow is in the business of turning a bunch of marginal land into a profitable self-sustaining, ecologically sound farm. We do it by delivering high-quality, delicious nutrient-dense beef, pork, and vegetables to our customers' kitchens.
What People Are Saying

Our Mission
We aim to raise good things to eat in the middle of nowhere to keep the farm in the family, the family healthy, and the land as productive as possible all while significantly preserving and improving it for future generations. We keep a herd of cows on pasture, a sounder of hogs in the woods, and a productive quarter-acre garden with a couple of high tunnels in the barnyard. We keep chickens in the yard for eggs and pest control and a small orchardette for the occasional something sweet. We seek to keep our customers healthy and with the solid piece of mind that their farmers are stewarding the animals and the land to the highest standards possible.
